Students, parents, families, friends, and guests – welcome to Wake Forest University for Move-In Day! Information Systems would like to provide some helpful information:

Wireless

Guests may join the open WFUguest network anywhere on campus without using a password. Wireless coverage is available outdoors on both Hearn and Manchester Plazas. Students may connect to WFUwireless.

IT Support

IS employees are available in the residence halls from 12-2pm, and 2-4pm to assist with technical Move-In challenges! Look for our black shirts and gold name tags!

Technical support is available from 8am-5pm at the Service Desk, located in the ZSR Library. Have a question? Feel free to give us a call at (336) 758-4357.

Helpful Reminders

• Wireless printers are not supported on the campus network. USB cables are available for purchase in the campus bookstore.
• Amazon Echo/Alexa, Google Home, and other smart speaker devices are not yet officially supported – we’re working on it!
• Smart TVs, game consoles, and devices with an accessible MAC address can be added to the WFUmydevices network.
