Apple macOS High Sierra Release Approved for Download

Information Systems has tested the new macOS High Sierra operating system and determined it meets our standard compatibility and performance requirements.

Your checklist for upgrading:

Check with your specific application vendor(s) (i.e. Banner, Cognos) for compatibility with the macOS High Sierra upgrade.
Ensure your data is backing up and that CrashPlan is active both before and after the upgrade is completed.
Convert your AFP file shares to the SMB protocol because AFP format is no longer supported in the macOS High Sierra upgrade.
